Facts:

Nico Nico Douga is

1) a video sharing service where the uploader can upload videos

2) anyone can post comments on the videos, however only limited number of comments can be displayed, so when there are lots of comments, earlier comments disappear

3) uploader has the priviledge to post "uploader comments" which will NOT be deleted, so usually they posted instructions, lyrics, etc. I think uploader comments were generally simple, and the "comment masters" were generally ordinary comments

4) animation videos and music videos that violate copyright are deleted from Nico Nico Douga
