Moe- according to wikipedia is : 萌え, Moe? /mo'e/, pronounced "mo-eh" literally "budding", as with a plant) is a Japanese slang word originally referring to fetish for or love for characters in video games or anime and manga. Sha means cars.
On 7/20 2008, people who has moe-sha gathered in Gifu to show off their cars... you won't believe this video!
Some people calls those cars "Ita-sha" instead of moe-sha... "Ita" means ouch :(
