In Sapporo, there is an event called Sapporo Snow Festival.

Sapporo Snow Festival 2010 will be held on 2/5-2/11.

Crypton Future Media - the company that created Hatsune Miku - is located in Sapporo City and of course they will be participating the festival with Snow Miku!
