Vocaloid (Hatsune Miku etc), MikuMikuVoice, Vocalis, Vocannaindesu etc are all for Desk Top Music creation- meaning you will make the song file at your desktop, taking time tweaking, and is not suitable for live performances.
AquesTone is a software which enables you to play the music with a midi keyboard and it plays the voice of the vocals. So this is rather meant to be used for live performances.

National Institute of Researchers at Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST, or Sansouken) created a software called VocaListener that imitates real human's song and presumes the voice parameter automatically. They uploaded several demo videos:
