ちなみに日本は８位で3.38%
平均年齢は30歳で、18ー44歳で87％。17歳以下は１%しかいない。
（18-24    26.64%　　25-34    38.51%　　35-44    21.78%）

ComScoreが発表した数値とあまりに異なるのではという指摘もある。
たしかに結構違うな。。。
ComScoreによるとUnited States    16%　Germany    16%
SecondLifeのデータだとUnited States    29.49%　Germany    10.37%

Comscoreによるとactive users が1,283,000人がSecondLifeを使ったことになっているが
SecondLifeのデータだとunique residents 2007    March    3,251,579　2007    April    3,768,092
registration count  2007March    5,137,072     2007April    5,973,301
